Quantum MC provides independent QA/QC for data-centre and mission-critical power, cooling and controls. We inspect installation quality against the approved design, project specifications, manufacturers’ requirements and the agreed inspection and test plan.
Our focus is the infrastructure that supports resilience: critical electrical distribution, cooling plant, pipework, instrumentation and system interfaces. We record defects, witness corrective work and verify readiness for energisation, start-up and testing within the full Levels 0-6 commissioning lifecycle.
DLC Construction & Installation Assurance
QMC brings extensive experience implementing customer DLC designs. We verify pipe materials and installation, CDU and rack connections, pressure-test records, rigorous flushing and cleaning, water quality and readiness for TAB.
Controls installation checks address sensors, actuators, leak detection, alarms and interlocks, establishing the basis for controls commissioning and tuning. Traceable findings and verified close-out give project teams a clear view of what is ready and what still requires action.
